Custom Hair Extension Order Policy

At Karma Hair, custom hair extension orders are created specifically to meet each client’s unique request. Because of the personalized nature of custom orders, the following policy applies:

What Is a Custom Order?

A custom hair extension order includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom bundle lengths or textures

  • Custom color or toned hair

  • Special density or volume requests

  • Custom wig units or specialty pieces

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Custom orders will not be started without payment.

  • Once payment is submitted, your order is immediately placed into production.

  • ​If any delays will occur before or during production time, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

Processing Time

  • Custom hair extension orders require 15–20 business days for processing, depending on the customization requested.

  • Processing times do not include shipping.

  • Delays may occur during high-volume sale periods or holidays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • No cancellations or changes are allowed once production has begun.

  • Please review all order details carefully before submitting your order.

  • Karma Hair is not responsible for errors made by the customer during order submission.

Returns & Refunds

  • All custom hair extension orders are final sale.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

  • This includes dissatisfaction due to personal preference, color outcome, length, or texture.

Color & Chemical Processing Disclaimer

  • Custom-colored or chemically processed hair is handled with professional care.

  • Karma Hair is not responsible for color variations, as results may vary due to hair texture, lighting, and monitor settings.

  • Once hair has been colored, bleached, toned, or chemically altered, it is no longer eligible for any adjustments or refunds.

Quality Assurance

  • Each custom order is shipped directly to us for a quality control inspection before being shipped to the customer.

  • If you receive the incorrect item due to a Karma Hair error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Agreement to Policy

By placing a custom hair extension order with Karma Hair, you acknowledge and agree to this Custom Order Policy in full.
