SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

In-stock items: Process within 1–2 business days.

Custom items: Process within 15-20 business days unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed after 4:30 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship our packages using FedEx Ground and Express, however, please feel free to contact us upon checking out if you would prefer an alternate shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 1--3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
**Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.
**We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our store front (1006 Top St, Ste D2, Flowood, MS 39232) by appointment only. Please call or text 601-882-3847 or email us at karmahairimpex@gmail to schedule a pickup date and time. Local drop off is an additional delivery method that we also offer. Call or text (601-882-3847) to make arrangements.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Karma Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

You will be contacted within 24 hours.

You may choose a replacement, a refund, or wait for restock.
Signature Confirmation (Recommended for High-Value Orders)
Orders over $250 may require signature confirmation for protection against theft.
Please contact us by phone or email once you place your order to let us know if you would like to add this option for delivery.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Missing Items
Karma Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours with:

Photos of the packaging and items
We will assist you with a replacement to file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping to Business Addresses – Policy Requirements
Karma Hair offers the option to ship orders to verified business addresses. To ensure safe and timely delivery, the following information must be accurately provided at checkout for any shipments made to a commercial or business location:

Business Name -- The full, correct name of the business or organization.

Recipient Name -- The full name of the person authorized to receive the package.

Business Address -- A valid, physical commercial address including:
(Street number, office, or unit number, city, state, and zip code)

Any necessary delivery instructions (e.g., loading dock, reception desk)
**Business addresses must have someone available to accept the package during business hours as well as carrier delivery hours. If the carrier is unable to deliver because the business is closed or inaccessible, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees or return shipping costs.

Karma Hair is not responsible for:

Packages misdirected or misplaced by business mailrooms

Deliveries signed by unauthorized business staff

Internal routing delays once delivered on-site
Customers must check with their business mailroom, front desk, or building staff if tracking shows “Delivered.”

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Karma Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair extensions and exceptional customer service. To maintain the integrity, safety, and hygiene of our products, we have established the following return and exchange guidelines.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of hair extensions, returns and exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
✔Unopened & Unused Hair Only

Hair must be in its original packaging, including ties, labels, and seals fully intact.

Hair must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free of odors, products, or styling.
✔ Time Frame

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

After 14 days, we are unable to accommodate return or exchange requests.
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene, health, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept:

Opened or used bundles/frontals/closures/wigs or other hair extensions.

Hair that has been installed, brushed, dyed, straightened, washed, or altered from its original state.

Discounted items, sale items, promotions, or bundles purchased during special sale events.

Single Donor Bundles (Platinum Line).

Custom orders.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer a different length, texture, grade or bundle, exchanges are available as long as:

The hair meets all return/exchange eligibility requirements.

The requested item is currently in stock.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping, and Karma Hair will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
Return for Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit only.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Approval Process
To begin a return or exchange:

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
**Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
